Right??? This is going to be the year (EARLY in the year) that you get your KOPS status back - - and this time you're gonna keep it!! Right??? (((HUGS))) Clara It is so easy for me to gain but takes so long to get it off. If I were to loose 1 lb a week it will take me tell the end of May to get there. Perhaps I'll get lucky. I am trying and right now I'm coming down from a sugar high and I am so hungry, got a protien laden snack so am not feeling it so much now. Am so glad you lost last night, you have done so well. Guest guest Posted January 7, 2006 Report Share Posted January 7, 2006 Betty2, sorry for your gain! Get rid of all the sugary treats in your house! You gotta do it...get off of the sugar high! You will stay hungry for sure. Come on I know you want your KOPS status back. You can do it. Hugs, The treats have been gone for over a week now. They didn't do my glucose any good but that is getting quiet now. Fridays are always hard cause a person wants to let down on that first day of the new week. The Asthma is beginning to get better so am able to get back on the treadmill. This should be a much better week. Thanks for caring.
