Hi ,

90 days with no change is too much. One thing I would do is call the

office, ask what type of band it is. When is your next appointment?

How old is your son? I would push the ortho for some information, but

in the meantime I would start looking for another band provider. At

least I would get a second opinion.

As far as the letter you posted the link to - it is worrisome. It

could just be that their quality process is not documented properly,

but this means the quality of the helmets is in question too.
