Just about the time things seem to be half way normal, wham!!! First, let me say, as you know, many things could be wrong and it may not be MSA related at all. It may be a malfunction of another part of the system or it could be a problem from one of his medications. Please know that I'm thinking about you at this time and hoping the problem can be found quickly.
