Hi I am a new member to this group, but use to belong to the old

group known as 2277, I'm so glad I found the new group. I

have fallen off the weight watcher program due to some physical

problems and some diet changes that needed to be made, but since then

have gained back 6 of the 30 lbs I lost. So I decided I needed WW and

this support group more than the other way I was being told to watch

what I ate. The WW way worked and I need to get some encouragement

and ideas on how to get back on track.

So I guess I feel like I'm starting at square one again. Hope to get

to know some of you and get some ideas on how to get motivated again

(other than losing the weight - I know I need to do it, but just

can't seem to stick to it this time.)

Well, as I said I look forward to talking to you and hope to hear

from some of you.

Thanks

Gail

Welcome Gail!

I know just what you mean. I had lost 40# last year on ww and I gained back

50#. So this week I joined at a meeting (I had been doing the online) and paid

for 26 weeks right up front! I am really committed to losing and keeping it off

this time!
