The Pointers: What is on the menu Wednesday?

Good Morning Everyone!!!!

I hope this finds everyone well. Tension is getting worse here

in the DC Metro area with this sniper. Today is my grand opening open house for

the shop but am wondering how turn out will be affected. I have not a clue what

time I will get home so I do not know what will be for dinner. Most likely a

can of trader joes barley soup. 3 [points for the whole can and it is quick and

easy if it is late. What is cooking at your house? Make it a great day.

Hi all,

This is kind of late, but at least I planned it this morning!! LOL!!! I have a

beef roast in the slow cooker and will fix some potatoes, veggies, and bread.

Good Morning Everyone!!!!!!!!

Well tonight we will have the Apple Braised Chicken that was on the menu last

night only we had a night of clean out the fridge leftovers. I ate the Taco Junk

over creative grains and dh had beef stew and taco junk. We are off to play

group and then a few clients and pumpkin carving this afternoon. I will post the

last two days journal this afternoon. I have had a good two days. I hope you all

have a great day and let us know what is on the menu at your house.

Feeling better as the day goes on so I think I will cook tonight.

We found some of the turkey mignons that everyone has been raving

about at Sam's last week so we will have those with some green beans

and garlic mashed potatoes. Yum! This is the first thing that has

really sounded good to me in a few days. Happy Wednesday!
