I have a CPR certification class today, so I won't be online until later this

afternoon.

We are going to be having chicken (already marinating) fajitas tonight with all

the trimmings. Spanish rice, ff refried beans, grilled veggies, lettuce,

to visit in costume the residents. Skyler is Eyore and way too cute. That is

what I like about this mom's group we do a lot of community service and that is

good for you on starting value lessons early. We did that with and it has

helped her learn that everything is not all about her. Skyler is a very lucky

Still cold here as well. I think the rain has stopped for today. We will be

having seafood gumbo over rice with a salad. The gumbo is leftover that has

been in the freezer. So all I have to do is make a pot of rice and toss a

salad. Pretty easy night for the chef!

Actually, Kevan made it. He likes to cook on Sundays while he watches the

football game (Go Panthers!). Since it is made with shrimp, scallops, and

turkey kielbasa, I think the points are not too terrible. It is really

delicious! It is not a quick recipe as it has to simmer for a couple of hours,

though. I'll try to remember to bring the recipe tomorrow.

I am having a HC mixed grill..the steak with teriyaki dipping sauce-

also comes with a side dish in the tray too- the whole dinner is 9

pts-

DH is bowling tonight so we usually do an " every man for himself

night " ...everyone just grabs what they want-usually some frozen

entree or hot dogs etc

Good Luck Zephyr! I agree the tension is getting worse. The open

threat to the children has me going nuts. We had helicopters circling

around all night and all morning so far. It is very spooky. We will be

having left over beef stew, which was delicious!
