Guest guest
Do you know of any B12 that is NOT Cherry flavored? I'm allergic to cherry flavoring and I can't find any that isn't. Right now I'm getting a B12 shot once a month but I have to drive 60 miles round trip to get them. Thanks, Beverly Re: B12 Supplements I'd do 3X per week, at least until labs said I could take less. I lasted 6 yrs with no help. But I've seen people only last 6 months. Labs tell it all. Thanks, Vitalady, Inc. It's really easy and doesn't hurt because the needle is so fine. The doctor or nurse can teach you how. You can get a prescription that will last for months and months and months and you get the syringes with the script. I give them to myself every other week.
