Roe, I've used a ts of different SF/FF dry pudding mix. Butterscotch and

banana cream and white chocolate are great.

Also, decaf instant coffee and splenda. Or a TB of peanut butter. But if

you want to get crazy, there are a bunch of recipes on the list's files.

Also, subscribe to 's newsletter <A

and that

always has a new protein recipe along with other great info.

Hello All:

While I love my Chocolate Thunder I'm getting kind of tired of it. I

remember seeing a recipe for a pumpkin pie falovored shake using

mom's sugar free syrups and vanilla protein but I can't for the life

of me remember what was in it. Any one remember this one? Also, any

other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Since we all have to

be drinking protein shakes the rest of our lives I sure would like to

try some variety here.

Thanks,

Roe

THat's using the SF spiced chai from davinci. You could probably get

the writers chai tea bags from and Noble, and make the tea and

then sweeten with Splenda.

So the Spiced Chai SF syrup tastes like pumpkin pie?

I was wondering what that flavor was......sounded a little *ewww* to me and

I was gonna ask what it tasted like.

I may have to try this now!

The Spiced Chai syrup tastes like the blend of spices that are used in

making pumpkin pie. I add a little of that to a vanilla shake and it's

delicious!

Spiced chai syrup tastes like spiced chai - you can get it at and

Noble. When it's made with milk it tastes like a very spicy, milky

strong tea. When you mix it with vanilla protein powders, for some

reason it turns into a pumpkin-y flavor. But I think the recipe that I

just read from Ashworth sounds yummy, too!
