It will be a hard fight for you Pam but I believe that it will be you who wins and that karma will be his undoing. He can only go so long on the path that hes on before every bad thing he has done comes back and bites him in the a@%! Your husband is your greatest support right now and I have a feeling that he will continue to be that. I dont think your ex can go to court and demand payment from your current spouse as the child is not his but I could be wrong. However, once the judge hears what he has been doing and that your daughter is no longer living with him anyway more than likely it will all be a lost cause for him. Take it one day at a time Pam, enjoy all the positives in your life and try not to let the negatives cause you so much stress and pain.
