I take Shaklee Vitalea vitamins and additional supplements as well. I don't have the vitamin/mineral post that you should probably take a look at. As far as your antidepressant -- From what I've read, you won't have any trouble going back on your medications. We can't take Nsaids or aspirin products, however, because they damage the pouch.
