Was there a lot of trial and error? And where can you get the Armour? Kate Re: self medicating/Kathy Hi Kathy, You may have to self medicate if he refuses to switch you. I know that a lot of us in this group self medicate. I have had that cold nose, among other symptoms. With the increasing of Armour (self medicating) that has begun to leave, along with several other puzzling symptoms, such as internal ear itching, ankle pain and snapping..etc..
