<p>Lara, What state and county are you in? You have to look up the

Early <br>

Intervention Office for your area. It is a free program to all <br>

children under 3 across the country who have any sort of delay. Kids <br>

that have Tort usually are assessed to have a gross motor delay that <br>

qualifies them for free Physical Therapy. A gross motor delay just <br>

means that their muscles are weak in the neck area and they have a <br>

little more trouble holding themselves up or turning fully and <br>

reaching. I had no idea that my daughters Tort was as bad as it was <br>

until after EI assessed her.<br>

Oh and by the way we call our pediatrician the impede-iatrician <br>

because he caused us to waste so much time as well!!!<br>
