I had this also, about 15 years ago. The doctor gave me some sort of a shot

and it helped for a little while, then it came back. Tried some pill,

probably Celebrex or the like. Was so-so. Finally after about a year, it

disappeared just as it had come. One day it was there, a few days later, it

wasn't. Haven't had it since. But it sure was hard to sleep, was on the

side I tend to sleep on the most and of course, lots of pain in other

situations. Sure was glad when it left. Elise

I would agree with Barbara... I've taken Celebrex for extended periods of

time. It took care of pain that Advil or Tylenol would not touch, and had

much less problems with my stomach than I did with Advil or Asprin.

Take the information you have gained and talk to your doctor. You should

trust your doctor with your medical care more than you should trust faceless

strangers on the internet.

If you don't trust your doctor, find a new one.
