It can be so exhausting delaing with all the kids issues and keeping up with your demands. I hope you get the nursing you requested. What about IHSS? Cant you get some support there or has that all been cut? Please try to keep your chin up she will respond to your moods also.. It has to be so difficult to be working full time esp with 36 kids. You have got a lot of drive!!! I have tears in my eyes for Kira, it is so hard to be that age and be ill on top of it.
