Guest guest
Dear Adam, So sorry that your serious digestive problems continue. I have gastroparesis, and I find that a diet as liquid as possible when I am having active symptoms seems to help somewhat. For lunch, I often mix plain yoghurt with unsweetened applesauce, and cinnamon. It doesn't look that appetizing, but it seems to help. Tastes OK, too. Also, soups help, but it is hard to find good ones with low salt. Since I am in NYC frequently, I buy the homemade soups from Zabar's and the Fairway markets. Ex.: borscht, summer chicken chowder and Andalusian gaspacho. I bought those last week, and they agree with me. Hope you find some solutions. Good luck!
