Honest to goodness, I was this way too here not too recently. Remember me

posting about dropping my dosage back down to 3 1/2 from 4 1/2 grains? I was

the same way - thinking I had a heart problem. But dropping the dosage helped

me. How many grains are you on? are you taking a divided dose?

Honest to goodness, I was this way too here not too recently. Remember me

posting about dropping my dosage back down to 3 1/2 from 4 1/2 grains? I was

the same way - thinking I had a heart problem. But dropping the dosage helped

me. How many grains are you on? are you taking a divided dose?

hmmm....ok...just a thought here. to me...it seems like I need most of my

meds in the AM....or I'd never get going at all. So I do 2 in the morning and 1

1/2 around lunch. Have you ever tried getting more in you in the morning?

I'm just wondering if your body is straining from not getting enough to get the

body going in the AM.

I did this at 15 mg and now at 3 grains. The thyroid doesn't seem to make a

difference for me

I had the same thoughts too. Awhile ago I was on 4 grains and dropped back to

3 which I am taking in divided doses, I take 1 grain in the morning, 1 after

lunch and 1 around 4pm. I have experimented with the timing and it doesn't

make any difference to my sleep. Lowering the dose hasn't made any difference

to the sweating either

Jamy,

Was taking iron but stopped taking it a couple of months ago when you said that

it was dangerous to take it without being tested. The reason I was taking it

was because I was having difficulty in increasing my armour.

Haven't had a period for almost 2 years. I do take B complex 50mg a day.

Haven't been tested for anything else

between 75 to 90. Are you taking iron? b-12 doesn't seem to be an issue of too

high from what I was told. Do you still have periods? Do you take a b complex?

Have you had folic acid tested, calcium, what else?

i'm not sure if i was up late or up early when you got that message. I'm

usually in bed by 11:30 at night for sure...but sometimes wake up when my

husband

gets up in the morning...which is around 5:00 in the morning. if i do that,

I do go back to sleep after he leaves for work.

more insomnia around menopause. geez. does all this ever end? :)
