Guest guest
>>What is wrong with me?! I've struggled with this awful fatigue and so many symptoms for all of my adult life...<< Put these two sentences together and you have answered your own question. Being hypothyroid for years has it's own set of symptoms and problems! Like poor T3 conversion, and resistance to normal amounts of thyroid meds. Part of it is just I think the receptors shut down for lack of use after a while. Your body tries to adjust to the lower hormones and it will take longer to feel well ( & WAY more meds) than a person that is first diagnoses & treated right away. I have been on Armour straight for 6 years now and am still seeing a slow improvement, but it is very slow the remaining symptoms I have. The first year was miraculous and then it has been steadily getting better since then, but still not completely resolved. I went 25 years on none & Synthroid which is like none to me. *Artistic Grooming * Hurricane, WV Fat cat? Diabetes?
