Guest guest
It feels as if my electrolytes have been off the past couple of days. I feel lousey I have been drinking so much yet it does not stay in me. My urine is clear yet has a strong odor. Does this mean anything. I am on florinif to help maintain fluids. I also increase my salt when I feel like this. Any suggestions..ideas would be appreciated. dawn a
Guest guest
when ever I have over done things and my muscle starts to break down the urine will have a terrible smell. If I am drinking enough water you won't notice the brown color my urine would be, but the odor is still there, Of course if you have been eating asparagus lately, that too will give your urine a terrible smell almost immediately, but not the same smell as muscle break down. Hope you find out what is causing it. smiling as always, clear urine with fowl oder yet feel dehydrated. > It feels as if my electrolytes have been off the past couple of > days. Guest guest
Hi Dawn. It sounds like you have a urinary tract infection. Definately call your doctors office. You should really have your urine checked. Just because it's clear doesn't mean you don't have an infection. Bacteria is microscopic so you won't notice it. True, you can have smelly urine from other things, but it's usually a sign of infection. If it goes untreated you can potentially do permanent damage to your kidneys. Best of luck ! bug

Guest guest
Definately DO NOT WAIT UNTIL NEXT WEEK !!! Most doctors have limited hours on saturdays. You might need to call in advance and tell them the situation or they may have walk-in appt's. Sometimes your doc isn't available but you can see one of their associates. If you do have a bladder infection it can't wait until monday. bug
