I kept a food diary and did 25 walking either outside or with .I have already made a start on my exercise for this week, just from doing the happy dance. What a relief. Now to keep it up and get below goal by SRD, a pound a week will do just that. Onward and downward. Do NOT set a goal for yourself of a pound a week, set a goal for a "LOSS" each week....be it 1/4 pound or more, then by the time you get to 5 under goal you will be in the habit of losing 1/4 pound each week and it will be easier to continue the rest of your TOPS days below goal. You can do it!!!!!!! You can get below goal and get rid of that horrible feeling of I gotta get back in one week or TWO weeks. Now I am gonna be watching for a loss each week from you.
