Hey gang, Wow such great acheievements of late. Sorry I havne't been keeping upon everything. I have just been busy as all heck. I miss you all. Francisco I am sorry about your latest news. My heart hurts for you.Isend you a hug. Colleen, you are so cute. I understand the beauty of this situationand it is wonderful. I am glad you are doing so great after surgery. Pam, seeing you last Thursday was amazing. I have missed you so much. You looked fabulous. You may not see it but honey, you look great. Rose, I missed you last Thursday night. I hope you at least broughthome some money. As for me, I am doing great. Tomorrow will be 8 weeks for me. I amhappy, really happy. I started out at 276 prior to my weight loss andI now weigh

204. How amazing is that? I am still just stunned. Ihave lost 72 pounds since November 16th. I am amazed and happy. What has changed for me in the past 4 1/2 months? 1. I no longer sleep with my sleep apnea machine. 2. I don't snore much and it is quiet when I do (supposidly). 3. I don't have to wear panty liners anymore. 4. I had to move my seat up in my car. 5. I have gotten rid of all my old clothes and have been having funwith hand me downs. 7. I was at Target and found a great shirt. I thought it would be agreat shirt for a concert I am going to in June so I bought it in a 1X(right now I am wearing 2Xs in shirts and 1X in pants basically). Well guess what? It fits now! Such a great time I am having right now. Only problems I have had are: 1. a bit of right sided pain and Dr. Baggs thinks it is scar tissue. 2. I was sick with

the flu and that wasn't fun throwing up. 3. I got sick trying something I shouldn't have eaten (2nd bite intothe fish and chips I knew it was wrong). 4. I got dumpped on 2 bites of chocolate. One was fine but 2 was morethan my body could deal with. That is about it. So was it worth the problems to get all the good stuff at the top? Aresounding "HELL YES". Right now, if this is as far as I go I havedone what I wanted to do and achieved what I needed. The rest is justicing. Bye all you good folks. I do miss you all and am sorry for being awayfor so long. Hi !

Gosh you sound so refreshed and energized ! I am so glad to hear your progress ! i yesterday went to a kaiser pointwest case mangement meeting for my post op and there i met Shonda who i call my surgery twin................it was so fun to see her and chat , we went to this great consignment larger womans clothing store and then we went to lunch together and talked for hours met back at the kaiser parking lot and talked for another hour, i swear just making this new friend was worth the surgery in itself !

It is hard to post everyday here, we get so busy and i still lack a lot of energy by the time i get home i am so dogtired............and i am not interested in cooking food for the family that i am not going to eat,but yet at the same time, i never really feel like i need to eat, the concept is weird, i can get head hunger but rarely physical hunger...............I still struggle to get my water in but i do my best and go from there. I made this huge easter supper and i ended up eating half a deviled egg, one sweet and sour chicken drumette wing thing and it was good and the sauce was low sugar............... a few bites of potato and that was it. I had a three day weekend and i cant believe it is back to work again already tomorrow. I have a vacation to mexico coming up and i can hardley wait.......................hoping it is warm and sunny.

Glad to hear from you
