Guest guest
Or ST571 Is being trialed by NNFF for nF2 meningiomas. Should work, it is PDGF inhibitor (platelet derived growth factor) . It inhibits angiogenesis in solid tumors. Being a small molecule drug, it has low toxicity. Iressa, or ZD1839 also being trialed, I think even better for us. Oral, low toxicity, very targeted small molecule drug. erbB1/egf receptor inhibitor. better. Am trying to convince THEM into trialing both these drugs here for us in Australia. If anybody can get any early data on response to therapy, would very much appreciate it.
