Grain is an ole timey way of measurement...one grain equals 60 mg.

It's a prescription here in the US. This is what folks used to use before

synthetic thyroid hormone. The moderator has in the Files (i think) the places

where it can be ordered without Rx.

Were you looking in the pharmacy of these stores? It is NOT an OTC (over the

counter) supplement, but a prescription drug. We either have found or bullied a

doctor into giving us a prescription for it, or have to order it online from

another country where it can be ordered without a prescription.

As for the sizes.. 1 grain = 60 MG, 2 grains = 120 MG, 3 grains = 180 MG
