Lately I haven't accomplished my pledge for the month but this month I am really going to try and make it. I pledge to lose 10 lbs. in the month of March. I have 5 weeks to do it. That's 2 lbs. a week. I CAN DO IT! ! ! ! I am already off to a great start this week. I weigh in on Thursdays. Who wants to make a pledge with me on the loops that don't normally do monthly pledges? At the present time, I just can't make a pledge myself though ~ toooooooooo many things going on in my life !!!!!!! After April it should be OVER !!!!!!!! Hopefully !!!!!! Even if it is only a 20 minute walk on the treadmill at a slow rate (2 mph) like I did today. My back hurt a little after the exercise, but I was able to deal with it - and I didn't bring any Ibuprofen for it either. I was really frustrated today because I am having a burst of motivation and really want to exercise. I have appt with the ortho/spine doc in 2 weeks. I know that I have at least one bad disk, possibly 3/I also know that if I lose weight it will help with the back problems...I feel as though I am going in circles...but will do what I can... Anyhow, I want to be 30 pounds down by his birthday, Memorial Day weekend, and I WANT TO GRADUATE IN TEXAS next SRD. Which I can!!! I'm so totally excited!! Now I just need to lose 60 pounds by December.
