The actual definition of the word (as found on the net) " A disadvantage or deficiency, especially a physical or mental impairment that interferes with or prevents normal achievement in a particular area. " I don't see his HOH preventing him from any normal achievement. However, if we take this in the strictest sense, can't hear all the frequencies, and/or localize sound. So I suppose in this regard, you could say he has a disability. I think it feels strange labeling as having a disability, when the same term applies to so many other, much more life altering disabilities. Anyway, I have gone off on a bit of a tangent. I checked out the web site, and I agree 100% with it's message of tolerance and acceptance. Thanks for passing it on Jack. Steve
