Hi I have mostly been a lurker here. I learn so much from everyones

input and questions here. I am really so happy to know all of you.

THings in my life have been extremly difficult the last couple of

weeks. We all have are ups and downs. I am trying so hard to keep my

head above water and focus on God. It is so hard when you are not

feeling well to preoccupy your mind with other things. I just lost

one of the most important persons in my life. I can not go into the

circumstances without writing a book and I would rather not. Plus

there are things better left unsaid. But it is so hard when the

person you trusted most in your life betrays you beyond belief. I

feel so very alone.

I had my muscle biopsy yesterday. I have no idea what they did with

my samples. I do not feel very confident with any medical care at

this point. I would of called and asked more questions. But I did

not feel up to it emotionally. I t has been such a hard week. Oh

well, I will probably have to have another one done.

i am sorry to sound so desperate. It is hard to have such a secret

inside that I am not able to share. Do aothers find that emotional

circumstances make them feel so much sicker.

Thanks for listening Dawn A

Dawn,

Just want you to know I read your post and my heart goes out to you.

I had many 'secrets' for many years and with some support got

through them.

Without it, without asking for support I would have been stuck,

the 'things' spinning around in my head with no where to go.

I hope you have someone in your life that gives you the kind of

unconditional support you need.

It makes a difference to be able to talk about it.

Sending 'good stuff' your way...

~Kathy~

Hi a Thank you for the kind words. It is nice to know we are

not alone. I am feeling better emotionally right now. Many of things

will just take time to resolve. It is hard when you are in the

middle of the pain.

YES the biopsy wa ordered by Dr. Peltier. We are all human and I am

not feeling very confident with anyone right now. I should of been

more proactive and asked more questions, I would probably feel a

little better about things. I will get the results on Sept 14. She

did say Mito probably will not show up.

I so feel 99.9% confident that this is Mito. I just hope and pray

the Drs are willing to treat it that way. I just read about someone

with mito who has Crohn's disease. My 9 year old has Crohn's. She

just started complaining to me about muscle weakness. I hope it is

not the case.

Big hugs, dawn a

Kathy, Thanks for your kind words and thoughts. The person who gives

me the unconditional support is the one causing all of the pain. I

was able to talk to this person today. I am feeling better. Pain

takes time to resolve. THis is going to take a lot of time. Thanks

for the support. Hugs dawn a

-Dear Dawn, I'm here for you if you want to talk. I too lost my most

important person a few years ago, and a huge betrayal of trust was

involved, making the grieving for the lost one (my hubby) even harder

to deal with. I've always kept it a secret, so I know too how hard

that is. Please email me if you feel like sharing. Otherwise, I'll be

thinking and praying for you., Hope for a good outcome of your biopsy

too, Celia
