Guest guest Posted February 24, 2006 Report Share Posted February 24, 2006 Yes, but Sara Lee's whole grain bread has " whole grain " listed wa-a-a-a-a-a-y down the ingredient list, meaning there isn't much whole grain to it. Betther than nothing and is a good place to start when you're trying to switch over to whole grains, but it isn't what one could really call a " good source of whole grain " . Baby steps are good. That's what I did to get here and it's what I'm continuing to do to get to my destination. It just can't replace or compare to true whole grain bread nutritionally. Guess I was just trying to help get 'some' whole grain in his bread instead of just white bread !!!!!!
