Does this mean she has lost status and has to start over. Yes, she will start all over as a NEW MEMBER. Anyone who has been out of TOPS for a year or more starts over as a new member. If she is still at the weight she wants to be, she will need to get a new goal slip from her doctor and register as a new KOPS. She will be able to count her prior years as KOPS for alumni recognition, but for longevity awards (5 yr, 10, 15 etc.) will have to start all over again.
