Guest guest
I know how you feel I have a bad gain also....and I just can't seem to get back on track and I don't have the excuse of taking meds....mine is the fact I am feeding my face too much food....no ones fault but mine....I'm not sure where my will power had gone.....Hugs Janice Re: Roll Call/Exercise () george, dont get discoraged. look how good you did last year and you will do it again. The meds you are taking are working against you. so you have to get tougher. How about posting your food like peaches does. maybe we can see what you are doing that might cause the stall. And you need to pick up the exercise. dont you have access to a gym at your new place? can you do weights or statinary bike in your apartment. anything to add more movement. go out dancing (not drinking) with friends.I know how you feel. it has taken me 3 months to lose 3 pounds and its still not off.>> I gained 2.75 lbs.
