update/diabetes progression

I got my A1c results today. They were 6.0 which sounds pretty good to

me. Sandi was very happy with my progress.

On the other hand, apparently they are saying now to keep people on

the meds. Sandi went to a seminar last week that, I guess, is by the

diabetes association, and since has changed her mind about taking me

off the glucophage to try controlling my diabetes by diet and

exercise. So I guess what was told is what they are telling the

diabetes specialists now.
