Guest guest
Sorry you are having to move too Winnie. I hope your move went okay. I'm bushed, exhausted, and sore all over still but if I was off work and had the gas money....you know I'd help you in a second! ! ! I really must have pulled something in my neck/shoulder or slept wrong because I have stiff neck and shoulder and they are killing me. IT'S ALWAYS SOMETHING WITH ME I TELL YOU WHAT! ! ! ! I hope you all have a great weekend. I hope it goes by quickly for me. I want a 7 off where I rest and relax and do NOTHING! Actually I will start the move tomorrow but thought I should at least give you a day to drive all the way up here. I am 65 mile northeast od Dallas. Since you have had lots of recent experience, I thought of you. No stairs and no elevators. All one level and just across the street! I already dread it folks! Guest guest
, you are so sweet to say you would help me. Actually, my move is going fairly well. My grand son in law and my daughter have been doing most of the getting it moved while I slowly work on getting it unpacked and put away. I am glad to be in my own place again and have it set up where I can get around it in my power chair when I need to. Sorry you are so sore. I do know how you feel. I have trouble with my neck and shoulders all the time. I had just barely started moving into my place when my right upper arm went into a spasm and I couldn't move it. My phone isn't installed yet and my cell phone was in my right pocket. Seems like it took for ever to get it out with my left hand to call Cindy for help. When that happens I need somebody to brace my upper arm front and back and slowly move it forward to break the spasm. And then I pop a muscle relaxer to help relieve it completely. I feel like I am a real druggie having to take so many meds and shots. I take insulin twice a day and then have a sliding scale four more times that if it is over 150 I have to shoot up again with regular insulin. I will be glad when I lose enough weight to steady some of these problems that I have and not have to take so much medicine. Hope you get to rest soon, . Guest guest
No problem Winnie! I would do it in a second. I'm getting my strength back after my move so that's good. I was glad to come back to work so I can rest and relax! LOL! I am looking forward to my next 7 off so I can do NOTHING and enjoy my new apartment and my time off. You take care and enjoy your new home Winnie! I hope you get to feeling better soon. My neck and shoulder are still sore. I guess I slept on them wrong the other night. I took a hot shower and used my neck massager last night and it feels better but still sore. WHAT NEXT RIGHT? LOL! Have a great weekend! GEORGE Re: (OT) Hey ? Guest guest
Winnie ~ Would one of those little 'beeper' like things that people wear around their necks help you ??? I know I've seen them advertised a bit. They're set to automatically dial a relative's or other personal number first ~ then if no response from them it calls 911 . . . Good luck and blessings to you. . . Randie Re: (OT) Hey ?I am moving across the street this weekend. Would you come help me? ROFLMAO!!
