Guest guest
> Lyn--Okay, you were pretty far from me. Thats too bad...it would have been nice to have met you. I stopped going to the rsd group meetings they had not too far from me. They all went to the same dr. and only responded to each other in the sessions. So I felt kinda 'left-out'.Where does Cliff live? Hey ! I live in Irvine, off the 5 at Culver...Are you here in Orange County? If so, I have a great doc...even if you're not in OC, I still have a great doc and it might be worth a visit to his office if you're ever in need of another medical opinion. At any rate, if you're within 200 miles of me, I'll still make it a point to try and meet you at one of the 600,000 Starbucks in our part of California for a visit! Peace, love and pain relief!!! The Starbucks growth in this state has been phenomonal. In the 50's and 60's Southern California used to literally have a gas station on every corner. They'd have " Gas Wars " and be very competitive. Now, due to fuel prices, regulations and drastically decreased profit margins, most of the gas stations have gone away and have been (literally again) replaced by Starbucks. The profit margin for $4.00 cups of coffee is still quite high, so it'll be a while before the Starbucks are replaced with another craze du jour...perhaps Canasta will regain popularity and we'll have Canasta clubs on every corner for the elderly baby boomer crowd. Anyway, I'm sorry that you're bummed about the lack of Starbucks in your area. I'd be happy to send you a few thousand of them to plant in your town. They've turned our landscape into a caffeine addicted, cultural wasteland...which is not to say that I'm not a frequent flyer at Starbucks...mea culpa! Peace, love and pain relief!!! Guest guest
> Hey Cliff! --No , I'm in San Bernardino county. I'm in Chino. The city that got the 'bad press' after the series " O.C " started. But we can still plan a day to meet. Maybe at a 'Starbucks.'...lol...I've been to Irvine a time or two.... ...Have you ever done one of those RSD-Meet-ups? Hi, ! I've been to Chino!!! That's an easy drive for me...just over the toll road and down the 91 a bit...the only RSD meet-up I've ever attended is at my doctor's office when I go for appointments...of course, in addition to the RSD patients, there are MS patients, spinal cord patients and a couple of hypochondriacs who are only there for the drugs. I'll check my calendar and see if I can get out that way to meet you!!! A note to all people outside of Orange County...People here never call Orange County " The O.C. " ...never...It's a made-up thing for TV... Peace, love and pain relief!!! Cliff
Guest guest
I believe the yellow ones are to support another foundation but the name of it eludes me at the moment..I'll ask one of the kids that I know wears one what it is and let you know. Hugs Donna > Donna--Whats in the yellow ones? Is that the 'medicinal' type too?...
