Jai, I get this from Wal Mart. It is from Spring Valley and bottle is white with written somewhat on side of bottle in blue B-COMPLEX and under that is sublingual Liquid. Do not recall cost but at my Wal Mart think is in either top or second row . I would think GNC or place like that might have even more like this. I really think is logical that it would absorb better than a pill would. Hope you can find it even if different brand, just make sure has the vitamins in it need and dosage need. I am thinking of taking it twice a day, what do you think Jai, would that be okay to double amount? I also need something to help my heart muscle....do you know what I can take vitamin wise or minerals perhaps, that will help heart? It is very very important for me at this time.

thanks for the tips, I am going to try this, it cant hurt. I take vitamins but they are the tablets. Ill switch to the liquids for a while. Where do you get it? Can you get it at Walmart or do you have to go somewhere like GNC? Take care, Love Jai
