Beth's Friday menu 2/10/06

goal: 1800 calorie exchange food plan breakfast: 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese 1/2 cup canned peach slices 1 slice of toast with 1 tsp butter 1 cup of 2% milk Lunch: 1/2 cup mac and cheese 1 and 1/3 cup Western Fiesta Mix (mixed veggies with 3 types of beans) 1 banana Snack: Sonic grilled chicken salad Party at my Stitching Group tonight: 2 pieces of cheese, bite-size 1 piece of pepperoni (or salami?), bite-size 1 piece of pound cake with topping of some sort, 1" by 2" 1 large sugar cookie, plain Dinner 3 and 1/2 oz baked pork loin 1 cup rice Water: I lost count. At least 64 oz. more likely 80

oz. It has really been helpful to post my food charts online. It often makes me think twice, three times before I will eat something. I weighin on Sat morning. TOPS hugs and smiles, Beth
