If enough pizza was ordered from there they might(?) give the mito folk a bit of a discount on the pizzas; the hotel would probably allow the use of a meeting room or two. You only need tables and chairs - no linen or silverware, and with the suggestion that was made regarding the cleaning up after the getogether is over, the hotel has nothing to lose except good customer relations.
