Thanks Sheila, Becky, and Jen for your comments of hope.

We are going with the DOC band. His fitting is today & he'll be in it

by May 2 (just 6 days shy of 18 months). I know at this point it

won't be near perfect. I just hope we can see some change so it

doesn't look as bad. Also, his left check is a lot bigger than the

right one. I hope that goes away! Shame on me for waiting this long!

I had some horrible advice from his Peditrician & the Physical

Therapist. Why don't these stupid Peds. know that the head won't

round out on it's own.

Sorry you were given such horrible advice, but I'm so glad you were

able to get things figured out just in time. I'm sure you've already

seen these, but just in case you haven't, here is a baby that was

DOCbanded at 19 months and got AMAZING results:

I hope your baby progresses like that! My daughter wore her 3rd

DOCband from 15-19 months and still had very noticable correction. We

were very glad we did it! Her B & A pics are on her website linked

below. She had four months off between her second and third bands and

I was very worried how she'd adjust to it, but she did fine. If she

found it drying during her hour off she'd actually try and put it back

on. Pretty funny considering she hated hats! Good luck!
