Time For Food

I start Stage 4 tomorrow and I'm a bit apprehensive about putting food into my mouth again. I'm petrified about dumping.

So far I've tolerated the protein drink, broth, sugar-free jello and sugar-free popsicles just fine. I went to Trader Joe's yesterday and got some soft tofu to put into the broth and some fat-free cottage cheese and plain yogurt. I also got eggs and egg beaters.

I think I asked you guys before but didn't get an answer? Can I have unsweetened applesauce? What other foods did you eat at this stage and how did you add them?
