Enlarged Vestibular Aqueduct Syndrome (EVAS) also known as Large Vestibular Aqueduct Syndrome (LVAS). If you want to do some reading about it, you'll find a list of articles here: http://www.listen-up.org/med/med2.htm (under the L section) I was able to find an article that says " Conductive hearing loss is occasionally recognized in large vestibular aqueduct (LVA) syndrome; however, the incidence rate and the cause are not known.
