I have not used Compleat, but the description implies that it is

designed for tube feeding, not oral intake. I can tell you from

experience that the formulas designed primarily for tube feeding

will not taste as good as the formulas designed for oral intake. For

children, this may be an important consideration. In my J-tube I use

Advera, a Ross product developed for HIV patients. It is billed as

both an oral and tube product, but it tastes the way vitamins smell.

Personally, I wouldn't drink the stuff.

There are literally hundreds of feeding formulas out there, many

more than on this site. Keep looking and I expect you will find what

you need. We looked for a long time before we found Advera. It is

one of very few that is low in fat. We also have a case of Prosure

which we plan to try at some point. It is still low in fat but has a

different protein composition designed to help rebuild muscle.
