He was SO impressed with my weight loss that he decided to schedule my surgery for March 23, 2005!! 19 days away! OMFG! I am SO freaking excited! Okay, so basically this is what is going to happen. On Monday the 21st, I am going to go to San Fransisco and meet with my surgeon, anestiologist, bariatric nurse and take my pre op class. That will be hopefully Monday and Tuesday. Then On wednesday I check into the hospital! He will also be taking out my gallbladder! So that is it. YAY ME! I just feel like bawling, I feel like I am getting another chance at life. I moved to Riverside and finally got a job at the Riverside County Office of Education in Food Services. Today was my last day and then I am going to Jurupa Unified School District. I am going to be a student attendant aide. This will be the first time since 1981 that I haven't worked with food. Kinda scary, but looking forward to the new challenge. " because Dr. Umbach told me that if my weight loss sucess is anything like my surgery will be then I will do awesome! That made me feel great!
