Oh dear you say. I thought for sure I'd lose good today. Most days I kept a chart... Most days I counted cals. Oh yes, 2 days I had lunch With 2 or 3 TOPS pals. Only one pound Oh dear...How can it be! Did you change the scale - After the one before me? I did some exercise I walked 2 times a day I read my Choice Is Yours I finished the book today. My dear girl, The weight recorder said... You must have a screw loose In that pretty head. Only one pound... Don't you know that is great. Why in one year Just think of your weight. Do not be so upset With just one pound you lose Why in no time at all, You will be the big news. And so I tell you My Dear, never fret. That is exactly how Your Goal will be met. So don't you dare say Only one pound...You hear. For in no time at all Your Goal will be here... _________________________________ My poem don't rhyme... No rhythm you see....
