Guest guest Posted January 30, 2004 Report Share Posted January 30, 2004 yeppers you can get them at Walmart. the trick is to only take a little bit of the backing off at a time and use a flat " blade " to smooth the laminating plastic over the photo.... does this all the time and she's only 15!
