Guest guest
Hi Sleeping problems were the first serious problems I developed. After months of suffering, my neuro sent me to a sleep lab to find out what the actual problems was. I have nocturnal myoclonus and periodic limb movement disorder (PLMD). My mito dr. said that this is a pretty common problem that goes along with many type of mito problems. I take klonipin and neurontin at night, and I am fine, and get my 8 hours ( which I need). Just figure I stick my 2 cents in. Perrie
Guest guest
Perrie, I too suffer with restless leg movemnets. I can actually look at the muscles in my legs and see the musclses twitiching. Sometimes it feels like there is something crawling on the legs and other times it is just an annoying twitch or cramp..I have awoke many nights with such severe " charlie horses " that I literally hop out of bed and cry.I am glad the meds seem to be working. Here is to a restful nights sleep :-) > Hi > Sleeping problems were the first serious problems I developed. > After months of suffering, my neuro sent me to a sleep lab to find > out what the actual problems was.
