Guest guest
Really? I take 4 B2 going to bed per Dr Cohen's instructions along with a B50. Does this interrupt your sleep? Alice Also, you might want to stay away from the B vitamins later in the day too.
Guest guest
Alice I take my B50 at noon and the B2 with dinner. This seemed to help the sleep and also the stinky urine. Dr. C. had me take them at night to get over the stinky urine by morning, but it wasn't working that way and I moved them up and it seemed to help with sleeping. laurie > > Reply-To: > Date: Mon, 19 Jul 2004 07:42:18 -0600 > To: > > Subject: B Vitamins > > Really? Guest guest
I have to admit that I am careful to take my B vits early in (my) day which is about noon. I'm afraid they might interfere with my sleep if I take them much later. I have heard that they can, Celia > Really? I take 4 B2 going to bed per Dr Cohen's instructions along with a B50. Guest guest
B vitamins can pep you up and interfere with sleep. The reason Dr. C says to take them at bed is because of the strong urine smell the first time going after the B2 has been digested. He told me it didn't matter what time of the day I took them if the strong urine smell didn't bother me. He did say that whatever time I did take them, I should take at 400 mg at once, not space them out throughout the day. Christie and I take our B2 at lunch time with the rest of our separate B vitamins. A ADAMS wrote: >Really? I take 4 B2 going to bed per Dr Cohen's instructions along with a B50. Guest guest
Hi Alice, I never knew that Vit. B 2 and other B vitamins could keep you awake. I take mine at night right before bed, I wonder if this is why it sometimes takes me awhile until I fall asleep. I am going to try taking them in the afternoon instead and see if that makes a difference. Ann-Marie B Vitamins Really? I take 4 B2 going to bed per Dr Cohen's instructions along with a B50. Guest guest
B vitamins (multiple B's) kept me up at night too. NADH is a B vitamin too, but I take it before I go to bed and don't have any sleep problems now. My doctor suggested not taking a B complex, only take niacin or a related compound (such as NADH), to help my sleep return to normal. I wonder which B vitamin is the culprit, did someone mention B2? Take care, RH > Hi Alice, > > I never knew that Vit. B 2 and other B vitamins could keep you awake.
