Guest guest
Hi, 128 pounds = 58Kg 2000mg divided by 58Kg = 34.3mg/Kg/day which is just above the high dose range but if your not having side effects and the cost is not to high its between you and your doctor. I'm on a very low dosage 5.4mg/Kg/day, but I'm not suffering any symptoms. I'm only 128 pounds... am I in a high dosage group do you suppose? From other people's responses, this seems like a lot to be taking. -- Ian Cribb
Guest guest
My husband's seems high too but was recommended by the Hepatology Team at the University of Washington. 1200 mg in am and 1200 in the pm. He weighs about 190. Has been experiencing some muscle mass loss, and increase in fatigue. Guest guest
I take 2100 mg/day for 190 lbs - so it's only 1 capsule less than your husband's. The range for high dose Urso is generally accepted to be 25-30 mg/kg. Mine comes out to be 24+, your husband's would be 28. He's right in the middle, I'm a little low. I need to lose some weight, I guess. Arne ---- Mattich wrote: ============= 1200 mg in am and 1200 in the pm. He weighs about 190.
