Donna,

I am concerned about your health insurance coverage. Please call

the Insurance Commissioner in your state and ask about

1) your options for other coverage concerning your health

conditions and

2) what regulations are imposed on the existing ins company to

maintain your coverage for how long and at what cost to you should

you leave this employment; and

3) does a new employer's insurance company have to cover you for

your pre-existing condition without exclusion of any kind.

4) Might you qualify for a state supported health insurance plan?

My experience with insurance was quite complicated and may not apply

to you but it did make me aware of all the crazy rules they follow

and unless you play by their rules you could end up without

coverage. I suggest that you make calls and plan your insurance

strategy should you leave that employment so that you can have

everything in place.

Donna, this is a heavy-duty decision making time. Think it out

loud. We are here to listen and respond if it helps you to work

through this process. Keep asking questions and " rambling " .

Some of my best decisions have been based on that kind of thinking.

It is open ended and allows your mind to be creative and receptive

to innovative solutions.

My best to you with love and caring, Lyn
