I was 2 freaking pounds away from that clunk and all I did all week was eat. I'm back up to 307. So I am trying again today, No I'm not trying I am back on track today. It started on Monday night after weigh in. I was starving because I didn't eat all day because I wanted to get to 307 on the TOPS scale. Well Made that but then I came home and picked and picked. Tuesday I ate popcorn for God's sake and then Wednesday was a fast food nightmare. Thursday picking again, ate out twice yesterday and this morning Hank wanted to go for breakfast. NOOOOOOOO And no exercise since Tuesday! I am being stupid and it has to stop "Just Doin' it" Grammy PatYTD_ 26.8 miles It's not that some people have willpower and some don't.
