Guest guest
Hi , I am having a problem like yours. And my right foot is so swollen, and has been for over a year now, that it is almost two sizes larger than the other foot so getting a pair to fit is impossible. And my toes rupture if I wear anything that even slightly rubs including slippers. My doctor told me to wear the big loose socks and Wal Mart has plenty of those. For shoes though I am going to try the diabetic shoes and have gotten a script from my doctor. Of course now I just have to find a ride to town when the one guy in this entire own who knows how to fit them is in the pharmacy. So far it has been two weeks and still haven't hooked up with him but I keep hoping that by Christmas I will know if it is just inserts I need or entirely custom built shoes. If you have Medicare I think they will pay for one pair of shoes a year plus a pair or two of inserts for other shoes.] Hope this helps.
