No, when you wash the eye with the no tears shampoo , it doesn't.

and it help to kept them from sticking. The doctor (eye doctor)where I take

Fred tolded me about doing this. just put a few drops in water, then you can

take a cotton swab and rub the eye with it or use your finger. Rub the

eyelashes left to right and then up and down. Gentle. Then rinse.

Two different eye doctors told me about this.
