There are quite a few from California that I know......they are just in a different support group. There are actually quite a few RSD Support Groups online.....A LOT that are smaller, and maybe one or two that are the same size as this one or a tad bit bigger.....

In my opinion, smaller groups are harder to be in because if one person says something, someone else's opinion clashes too easily with them and all there is is arguing. If you have a group of 50 members, only about 5-10 Members are going to actually Post.....10 will read the posts and lurk, popping in every so often, 10-20 will email each other privately. But, if 1 person says something that rubs another the wrong way, all you'll have is a great big fight among them all. Been there, done that.

Or, You have a Group where the Owner has a "God Complex" and thinks that they can dictate who their members can talk to, whether their members can be in other groups besides just that one, the subjects that they always talk about, and so on. Been there and seen that done before too. It doesn't work either.

So far, This Group is the BEST GROUP I've ever been in, and I've been in probably over 50 Different Groups for RSD and Chronic Pain in the past 3 1/2 years. Deb, Jo and Felice doesn't try to run this group with an Iron Fist like other Group Owners do, they don't put Members down in front of other members, They don't tell everyone that they can't join other groups......it's just fun here.

They either don't know they have it and think they are crazy, or they don't know to look for on-line support is the only thing I can come up with, for the NW, now for California I don't have any ideas. How is your Doctor over there? I finally found a good one, but I like I've said before the pain doctor didn't believe in RSD that spreads, the neurologist didn't believe that RSD exists. I don't think that doctors are infallible but there are plenty of people out there that do. That's why I did an interview and that's is also why I am going to.
