She already does so much of what an area captain is supposed to do, she might as well take the job! It really is an honor to be asked to be an AC, and I know she'll do a good job. What worries me is that she will set a standard that the rest of us will have to work really hard to keep up with!! CONGRATULATIONS, MELODY!! You just get to have a lot of that fun backstage and join in the "Panic" when something goes wrong!! LOL Everyone should get a chance to be on the "working end" of SRD and Rallies and Fun Days so they know that all of that stuff doesn't just happen without weeks and months and years of planning and hard work! When someone sent an e-mail the other day stating that they were looking for new Area Captain's the first person that popped into my head was Melody but I thought....she's way too busy for that! But she'd be a dang good one. Then I read where you were going to help start a new chapter and I was like maybe she'd do it! I almost suggested it. Great going Melody! You are going to love it.
